A powerful way to attract leads is through “speak-to-sell” engagements. Think about the events your target audience attends—how can you get yourself on those stages? Now, this doesn’t mean you need to sell directly from the stage; you can instead focus on teaching and providing real value.

When you present your insights and expertise, you establish trust and position yourself as a go-to expert in your field. For example, years ago, I joined the National Speakers Association. As people got to know me and my strategies, I began receiving invitations to speak at various chapters. Eventually, I was even invited to speak at their main conference, where I shared insights on YouTube strategy with an engaged audience.

To turn these speaking opportunities into leads, offer a free resource at the end of your presentation. 3. Build Momentum with Organic YouTube Content

Unlike traditional SEO that requires extensive optimization for Google, YouTube offers a simpler way to reach the top of search results—both on YouTube and Google, since they’re owned by the same company.

Imagine your ideal client is searching for answers to a question you specialize in. With the right content strategy, your videos could be the top results, effectively bringing in warm leads who are already interested in your expertise. And the best part? This content has lasting power. Once a video is posted, it can continue generating leads for years.

This strategy builds momentum because you can keep adding videos to your channel over time. Each video becomes a mini-marketing machine, attracting new leads as long as people search for that topic. By providing valuable answers, you establish trust and credibility. Then, offer a lead magnet—such as a downloadable resource—at the end of each video to capture their contact information.
